I wonder where James Corden's world cup anthem will be in the charts next week?

I'm not quite sure of the point you're making here. Are you suggesting that it is somehow a reflection of the people involved that an England song sells poorly once England are out?

Hopefully England's exit will also mean his exit from our TV screens

Shouldn't this thread be called 'I wonder where Tears for Fears' world cup anthem will be in the charts next week?'

and we wonder why everything is going wrong in our country? haha! we pay fortunes for mediocrity on our screens ( corden, bleakley etc ). we pay fortunes to our footballers who are, at best, fairly good but not world beaters. we make hero's out of dross ( jordan, katona, goody et al ) so that everyone growing up sees all this shit and thinks that this is the way to act. we have bred a generation of kids who think that you dont have to do much to get rich and famous, and with that brings an arrogance which lets them think they can do what they want without consequence.
