I can't believe I've become Stuart Storer by writing £1.5 million and a string of swear words over and over and over again.......
£1.5 million....... a record fee for the Albion.........in a collapsed player market........30 clubs in administration over the past two years.........and still they keep whining

I think you'll find there is a lot of money flying around on players compared with this time last year (okay so mostly Chelsea), so the market isn't as collapsed as it was at Christmas.

I keep expecting an announcement saying that we will get another £500k - £1m after x amount of appearances - but it ain't gonna happen is it? What a cock up!
We must be really up the creek if we haad to accept this. We couldn't afford to keep Beasant & Kitson, couldn't afford Robinson, have missed out on several good potential signings.
Hmmm I have been thinking for a while - well since I spoke to someone close to Steve Brown a couple of weeks ago, who said we couldn't afford Robinson - that we are totally potless. Looks like we had to sell Zammo to survive.

We obviously didn't think Robinson was worth more than we offered.
The fans probably wanted him more than Coppell.
Robinson wasn't that bothered about coming to us.
Robinson is not the player he was. Football isn't his main concern in life.
Robinson has personal reasons for wanting to spend time of out the South-East.
