I've been having a quick think about this an I reckon I'll spend between £700 and £800 between now and January 4th when I return to work, including going to Wolves and QPR, petrol costs, presents already purchased etc etc. (Although not including buying loads of food cos I'll be free-loading at my Mum's over Xmas).

What do you all reckon?

Far to much.

£40 for both brothers.
£10 on Father.
£10 on Mother.
£20 on Grans.
£10 on Auntie.

£90 spent this year.. May not sound much to some of you but its relitive (no pun intended).

I need a decent job.

likewise, spent well over the top option, although I've awarded myself some presents to finish the new engine for the car

gone a bit crazyapeshitbananas really, but who cares its not often I have any money!

I don't bother with the sales, you only end up spending money on things you don't need or want because you convince yourself theyre a bargain !

Not as much as previous years, since i discovered eBay...

Have already managed to off-load an early Christmas present that I didn't want by wrapping it and putting it under the tree for someone else....

Is that WRONG???

No, as long as they don't keep it in the attic for a year then give it back to you next year.

given that i lost my job two weeks back, have no income at all and only enough in meter for electric till about the 23rd i reckon i'll not be spending any. add to that the fact that i cant even be interviewed for benefits till mid january its gonna mighty dark and cold for next month or so. only took a few weeks to go from professional job, partner and home to losing the lot. forgive me if i put a downer on the thread but kinda hard to get a xmas buzz this year. that said happy xmas to you all and as long as albion win tomorrow all wont be that bad. oh, under normal circumstances 2-300 on pressies i guess
