How many people in North Stand thinking about not renewing next season?

Because my band of merry men want to move from ESU over to North.
Spoke to the geezer at the ticket office today, he said the new seats are not likely to be finished by March. There we be no standing in the corners (even at the back) and that you wouldn't be able to choose your seat. So its pot luck where you get put:glare:

:p

You are coming to the best stand in the stadium by some distance. If you can go centralish to enjoy the CARNIVAL atmosphere, week in week out ;)

Managed to get tickets in North for every cup game so far and its always been brilliant! Risking not reserving our seats for Arse/Swans to do it again, hopefully it'll work out, TOUCH WOOD!

The corners will improve it, but the north stand is just too TITCHY for my liking. And I much prefer being higher up.

You'd have to beat me to death with my own shoes to get me out of the WSU.

I think it's going to be all about the SOUTH STAND next season.

Next to away fans, makes sense, do'nit?

Spent our first season directly opposite the away fans in WSL, banter was quality but once we found out they would be relocated further away we opted for our new shiny seats in ESU!

Have you actually watched a game from the north? It doesn't feel that small especially from the back when you are watching a match. Besides the view of stadium overall is far better then being where you sit. You can't appreciate the west stand. Not only that the tickets prices are cheaper and we all know prices will only go up. The atmosphere is far better too.

Yep, I watched the Wrexham game from the north stand, and was far enough back to stand. You do get a better view of the West from there, and of the ground overall, but I don't go there for stadium porn, I go to watch the game. And I wouldn't swap my view from the WSU for a night with Polly Evans*

* well I might, if she dressed up as Kay Forster

I will be renewing, but hopefully going further back in the North. Front row of the North Stand sounds great, but reality the view is a bit......crap. Plus a lot quieter down there then I'd like.

Speaking to some Fulham fans at a pub in Fulham on Sunday and they think the stadium looks great but like many of us they think the kops ie North and South Stand are out of keeping with the rest of the ground, not big enough to make a real noise.

Trouble is, more people want to sit on the sides and the tickets on the sides sell for more so it makes no commercial sense to have big kops these days.
