How long will the Amex name last?

The thread about the lifespan of the stadium got me wondering about the naming rights.

Do American Express own the rights in perpetuity? Or is it for a fixed length of time (as I think these things usually are)? If so, how long?

This may well be widely known, but I don't remember ever hearing this information.
