[NSC] How do I change the number of posts per page?

I'm sure that this must have been asked elsewhere since the new launch, but unfortunately I can't find it.
I've looked in Preferences but can't see anything there.

The lack of replies makes me think that perhaps it's not possible on the new board.

It's not currently. Nor is supressing avatars. Apparently those features aren't available 'out of the box' on XenForo and have to be purchased as additional add-ons.
