How did Lua Lua do?

Didn't watch the Chelsea Vs Newcastle game but see that Lua Lua got on for the last 24 mins. Did anyone watch & if so how did our lad do?

Not that great to be honest. Very headless chicken like and looked massively out of his depth at times. Until that is the last minute where he got to do what he does best and take on the full back which he beat. His cross got put out for the corner that Newcastle equalised from.

Barely had a touch until he won the corner near the end (which newcastle scored from)

Did note him sprinting back to easily catch Essien at one point, he appeared as fast as ever

I would say with Newcastle staying in the Premier League there is a good chance we can sign him again.

He seems to have had a good past few weeks, picking up a League 1 Winners Medal with us & getting some 1st team action at Newcastle whereby he has a hand in their goal (sort of).

As much as it pains me to say it I think Pardew will use him next season as cover. The best we can hope for is a loan again as opposed to being able to buy him. I hope I'm wrong.
