Seen the hooligan story in the guardian - talks about use of the internet to meet up and shows ywo websites one of which is an Albion one.

Nah, it's just kids playing at "wannabe thugs", talking about all the rival factions and how we'll "do 'em."

What rubbish. Internet sites are checked by police, and despite the ISP's not helping as much as they could, the people using the net are tracable. What few "firms" do still exist conduct their activities via mobiles, and social meetings.

Those on the websites are little kids using the net to pretend to be someone they are not.
