Maybe they could use a picture of them collecting their security pass, or being shown where the stationery cupboard is. That's what the first day at a new job normally involves.

Maybe to meet the requirements of Equal Opportunites and #Together, any new Albion employee should be required to brandish their workwear for the camera. From a humble steward, grasping a hi-viz while dreaming of that minimum-wage payday, right up to Paul Barber, triumphantly waving his latest pastel jumper...They should all do it!
