Poverty is relative though, not having enough food/clothes/heat/running water is poverty , youu can bet your life the kids you mention living in ' poverty ' all have sky dishes on their houses and the latest trainers.

Good ideas. The regional assemblies are only there with the expectancy that they will remain Labour bastions when the inevitable happened as it has now. The House of Lords has not been sorted out properly because it may have stopped Labour filling it with their cronies like Peter Meddlesom.

So define poverty then! There is a huge difference between low income families and living in poverty. Strangely all these well-to-do organisations spout about poverty but never mention how they actually measure it.
