Agree, that's what I always thought. The railings change colour at that point as well. From the Brighton blue to hove green.

Not sure if this is true, but I always understood that the boundary went up the central aisle of teh Baptist Tabernacle in Montpelier Place. Not sure if that's true or not.

Isn't it amazing that a tiny littlesquiggle of the line enable LDC to hold up building the Amex for so long.
