into Dean Hammond?

Consistantly brilliant going forward then all of a sudden utter shite. I hope he gets one soon to get his confidence back.

It may be the case he can do what ever he wants for Chelsea.

I think he may just be a flat track bully though.

I think his goal return at Chelsea is more to do with the space and time he gets as teams struggle to contain the very talented goal scoring players around him. Not a problem that the countries we have met in the WC have as he plays in a struggling team when playing for the current England one. I doubt he would be as highly rated if he played for Sunderland or even West Ham, again.

21 shots no goals, unbeliveable. Surely one of them has to go in sooner or later. Hopefully he's saving it for the quarters otherwise I think his place may be in jeopardy.
As it should be.

Carrick and Hargreaves showed there are better players for England at the moment.
I struggle to think what he brings to the side at the present time.

I think Lampard Jnr has had a mare. What's the alternative though?

BTW, what was the point of bringing that lightweight useless twat who goes by the name of Jermaine Jenas?

A poor mans Dean Wilkins surely?

What's happened to Lampard and Robinson?
Usually two reliable high level performers for England but Robinson looks a bag of nerves and Lampard couldn't hit a barn door at the minute.
