A banana milkshake (made with real bananas) does wonders for me cos it replaces the vitamins and stuff and lines and soothes your stomach.

A juice drink containing vitamin C - it's an important co-enzyme in processing alcohol. I find drinking a glass of orange juice before going to bed lessens the hangover. Of course, this is dependent on remembering to do it and not spilling orange juice all over the floor at 3am.

And shit loads of water.
