I Have worked up the for the past 4 years, and i wouldnt worry about dressing up smartly, its mainly for the woman.

I mean, you do get men dressed in nice suits etc, but if its a hot day, alot of guys just dress in shorts and a t-shirt, or shirt and stuff, your not going to look out of place in either
