GB news has already achieved a very worthwhile objective .. causing yet another round of obssesive bed wetting from the totally unrepresentative woke/twitterati while feeding their echo chamber addiction .... [emoji122]

Sounds like GB News have sacked Harri for disrupting the echo chamber their viewers were demanding. What's more, a senior executive, John McAndrew, has quit amidst reports he was being pushed to cut back on local reporting and free debate in favour of ramping up the culture war.

Bloody Worthing!
One of the - I suspect many - false premises on which the concept was built was that the 'voice of the right' isn't heard on the mainstream media. But to be honest many of the presenters were already fairly familiar faces to those of us who watch Sky News, the BBC News Channel or The Daily Politics (etc). The difference is that on those platforms their views are challenged, as are those of left-leaning commentators. I'd accept the C4 News tends to be rather more openly left leaning, but with Times Radio, LBC, Talk Shite plus the aforementioned shows the right has hardly been starved of oxygen on mainstream media. And that's without mentioning print based platforms.

Whaddyaknow! Turns out there wasn’t really an appetite for a racist chat show in 21st century Britain. Who would have thunk it.
A few careers down the crapper there.

John McAndrew, the channel’s director of programming, has also quit the station, sources told the Guardian. McAndrew, a well-known figure in the television news industry who has a long track record at mainstream outlets including Sky News and Euronews, was considered to be the channel’s second-in-command and played a key role in convincing many of the more established mainstream presenters to join.

Sources suggested he had come under pressure to dial down the focus on local reporting and free debate in favour of full-blooded culture war topics, so chose to resign.

Wouldnt get this on the BBC

Nope, for once, you're absolutely right, the BBC would never put something this low budget and frankly amateurish looking on air.

At least not unless it turned out to be a part of an Inside No. 9 episode.

The Day Today was twice as professional as Gammon Broadcasting. They need to get Partridge in as sports reporter and introduce a FinanceArse pronto

Does anybody take seriously any more somebody who could describe the RNLI as. Taxi service for illegal immigrants, implying it should be illegal to save people from drowning?

He never implied that and yes lots of people do agree with him about the RNLI being a taxi service
