Can you imagine how many passing sequences RDZ will have to re- draw, and then re-train into all the players in just a few days if he suddenly decided to change his system?
Yep, and I think you've highlighted again a weakness in our rather fixed style ... a style that I mostly love, mind you, but I think needs adjustment (I.e.more flexibility) if we're going to improve further.

RDZ rotation; likes to find what players can't do as well as what they can. On evidence do far, JM has done quite a lot to fulfil the first requirement, and not a lot for the second. There's a player in there somewhere, but we ain't found it yet.
There's a player in there with the nous to come on ten minutes from time when we're leading by one goal and coming a bit under the cosh, to steady the ship and manage the game out.
Anything else? - not much.
