Just looked on the pfa website at the players available on free transfers......

As well as Rougier, theres Ben Thornley who Coppell tried to sign from Aberdeen last season, Danny Sonner, Darren Eadie, Alun Armstrong, Fitzroy Simpson, Guy Ipoua (bit of a donkey!), Ian Selley, Jack Lester, Matt Carbon, Neale Fenn, Nicky Summerbee, Scott Minto...........

the list goes on!!

Most of these players have Premiership experience and are available for free! Some may be out of our wage range, but surely some of these players could do a job for us, especially those on the right side of 30!!

Its all about wages though,and that will be the stumbling block,but I must admit I would fancy Jack Lester the most out of all of them for us

Matt Carbon. Defender isn't he? Formerly of Bradford? Might be good.

The thing is most of them have left clubs that didnt do too great last season in the 1st like Walsall etc.....teams like that cant be paying much more than we would!
Ive got faith in Coppell to get the right players in, but a lot of clubs seem to be making signings at the moment and we're not!!
We obviously need replacements for Bobby, Brooker, Blackwell.....and there were weaknesses before these gaps!!
With Cullip out for a while we need some cover at the back and as much as I want to see the younger players come through I dont want us to rely on them too much!!
There's a lot of experience out there that we could sign up!
