Anyone on here speak and write Mandarin, Russian or Luganda (Uganda)?

I'm writing a feature and need a simple three-word phrase translated into each of these languages. My computer can't understand cyrillic or chinese script either, so it's becoming a right bugger. I really need the translations in the roman alphabet, so Mandarin would have to be in pinyin etc etc

Any help greatly appreciated, thanks!!
