How long before the English FA propose that a trophy should be awarded to each qualifying Group Winner just to get their hands on some silverware and thereby claim some trivial success?

It's probably FIFA's way of maniputing the ratings so they get better returns from their gambling and match-fixing.

Oh, and if that doesn't worked then revert to good old political reasons. All this time I thought FIFA were corrupt, but now we are fourth I feel really stupid. What an open an transparent organisation with the development of football (in cash rich criminal states (allegedly) at it's heart). Surprised though that Qatar aren't in there?
