FAO London workers / residents: Help needed!

I'm trying to organise a "Pub Olympics" for work and we're looking for a venue.
Ideally somewhere central London that has a good sized function room with Pool and darts. Any ideas?

Maybe the sports cafe in haymarket, but i dont think they have darts... and its pretty soulless.

Maybe Elbow Rooms - they are a chain, but Ive only been to the one in Islington. Quite cool places, but they aint cheap!

If you are City based, the the Kings Arms in Wormwood St is good for pool, we use that one quite regularly.
