Two US fans of Cuban-Spanish actress Ana de Armas have sued Hollywood studio Universal Pictures, saying they were duped into renting a film because she was in the trailer.

Conor Woulfe and Peter Rosza say they each paid $3.99 (£2.94) for the comedy Yesterday, only to discover the actress had been removed from the final cut...

...They are seeking $5m in compensation on behalf of all affected viewers

Ana de Armas

Nice looking but not worth the lawsuit. If an actor/actress is cut out of a film then they didn't have a big part or they are difficult to work with or actually didn't complete their scenes in the film due to illness/injury.

West is BEST
I am going to sue for any film that doesn’t have her in. She’s lovely.

And to think only Yesterday all my troubles seemed so far away.

I will admit after my first glance at the report I did think:-

That's all a bit sudden, I wonder what's the name of the film?

Really upset by this thread.

Think I'll sue.

I am surprised Laurence Marks and Maurice Gran haven’t also sued them after the main plot line of the film was plagiarised from a running gag in the sitcom Goodnight Sweetheart.
