It depends on whether Prescott feels that the near certain loss of three seats justifies defying the Planning Inspectorate.

From talking to the Carlisle and Torquay fans on Saturday they were all aghast at the 'Provincial Club' remark. That comment appiles to at least half of the Premiership.

Personally I'm pessimistic. I think that Prescott will go with the planning inspector.
