Running the race a few minutes behind now (gawd bless the ability to pause live TV!) but what a race! Why can't they all be like this?
Not Merc's best pit-stop effort.
16 laps to go, hard tyres warming up yet the time interval is beginning to fall, I reckon Lewis will win.
I think he'll get past Sainz, not sure he'll get Leclerc.
A safety car would be interesting...oh, wait.

Brilliant restarts from Sainz and Perez.
No one took into account the yellow flag favouring the pack behind the front 3, previously miles behind.

Well that was a race!
Great race, fantastic support from the vast crowd.
Events meaning that Ferrari couldn’t do a team-orders swap of the leader, was a nice finale. Everyone at all out pace.

Well, guys what a race that was.
Especially for the no 2 drivers of Sainz and Perez.
So Hamilton has clearly been holding back as most thought, yes the car is quicker, but he had his head screwed on today, so maybe the rest of the season can be this much fun without rain!
Surely everyone must be happy with this result.

Yes, the fact that he was left on hards must have p***ed him off.
Relatively speaking, that Ferrari blunder or misjudgement, was excellent news for Verstappen.
