Fair enough. I always thought he looked passionate and covered a lot of ground (if not a bit shit in the air), and was probably a couple of decent finishes away from becoming a solid player here. Ah well.

He behaved poorly off the pitch certainly until Poyet's arrival, I didn't think he made any particularly special effort on it either, obviously that's a subjective opinion, but I'm not sure the old confidence chesnut applies to him, he did score a couple of goals early on and was starting every game.

Anyway, I'm personally not laughing at him over this, I don't really care, I am glad he's not here any more though.

And we have moved on so much since he was here...... ' a solid player' is what we were used too.... and its why Gus moved him on .
