How can anyone not like Elton John. The bloke is a bloody genious and all round good egg.

What an unbelievable back catelogue of 40 albums and 220 million album sales. He has done so many great tracks. Thought the 3 performers were good especially Blige, Bedingfield forgot the words to Your Song and Cullum was very good.

He's raised 35 000 000 for Aids research.

Elton's new song is one of his best for a long time as well.

Hear, hear! He's one of my favourit artistes. I saw him years ago at Wembley - I went mainly to see Eric Clapton, who was playing there too and ended up preferring Elton. I can't say I like Jamie Cullum though, he performed the somg well but jazz is not my scene.
