Uk productivity has fallen for the first time since 2000. The fall in working hours in the economy is being linked to the uncertain news agenda causing distraction for the workforce. A spokesman said, "Too many people are checking NSC every five minutes for news and this has slowed the entire UK economy. I plead with all parties concerned to reassure the workforce so they can get on with some work."
