First of all, thanks hugely to Lush for organising another excellent event which was much enjoyed by all. Cheers Lush. You are a star! :clap2: :clap2:

And now the inevitable photographic evidence which includes a number of guest stars who were surprisingly happy to join the merry throng...

Roz

I thought you were teetotal. Ed appears ( unsucessfully ) to be trying to cover up the Becks label on his bottle !.

Mr McGhee must consider a body double job for Rab C Nesbitt.

Lush - Bobby is going to be jealous now you have turned your affections to Mr Mcghee !.

Mark McGhee is Richard Jobson from The Skids

Great pictures Roz. I love the one where Ned is trying to get Mark McGhee to sign a blank cheque. ;)

Thanks Lush for all your hard work. I know there have been times when you have practically torn your hair out trying to drum up support for this.
For those of you who would like to do this next season then start saving now. It is worth it.

Wow, I'm impressed, not only did you guys make a hell of a racket right in front of the Directors box, but you got to meet the Albion LEGEND that is John Byrne afterwards!!!

McGhee is a definite dead ringer for Richard Jobson - didn't Jobson end up presenting some stupid porno series on C5 ?

He reckons he's a bit of a film critic now.

Even I was sober, which I think Martin Perry was relieved about !

Fantastic experience, and great to chat at length with my two heros Sir Dick Knight and Lord McGhee of Northfield.

You? Sober?

I think that is two Saturdays in a row I have managed to have sober conversations with you.

I'm amazed.

Was also in hospitality yesterday and noticed you all having a good time. Red wine was lovely although those of you who chose the cheese over the treacle tart made the right choice. One observation...was it me or was John Piercey a bit of a miserable git, I take it it was him the photographer came having to tell to smile?

Bloody marvellous day all round, thanks so much for sorting it Lush. It was great to meet some more NSC-ers. Among the many highlights was standing round with a few beers, chatting away with DK and MP. Those fella's have got so much time for the fans. Harty got me and Superphil bollocked for putting the Falmer banner up over the Friday Ad adverts...we must have put that thing in about half a dozen different places before settling on putting it behind the goal.

I think I bored everyone rigid in The Standard when I started getting all my old ticket stubs out and reminiscing about Doncaster, Hereford, etc...Sorry about that ! I was tired, tipsy and emotional by then though :jester:

For those of us not quite so in the know, can we have some NSC names to those faces in the above picture please? :)

Left to right

Rougvie, Superphil, Lord Bracknell, Lush, Ned Ludd, McGhee, my eyes over his shoulder, Superwife, Seagullible and Bob Booker.

I don't know who the little lad is.
