I work unsociable hours, 3am-11am, I used sleep when I got in for a few hours then go to bed at 8pm, but I found I was wandering around like a zombie for most of the time. Now I'm in bed about 6pm I used wax ear plugs during the summer. I am used to pattern now and don't mind it. Its great in the summer (if its good weather) and shit in the winter as its ball achingly cold at cycling at 2am.
