Phone up. I had nightmares with my DD all this season, far too many calls to my bank and the club. Up until this month not once has the club tried to take money out despite saying they have. I made card payments throughout the season and finally got it sorted. word of caution some of the people on the phone line are really helpful, one or two seem to have their mind else where and this caused more problems when I thought I had made a payment over the phone but the bloke on the phone had not put it through correctly.
Payment did originally come out, then it seems to have been refunded and labelled as a 'failed direct debit'. Which is very odd, but i'll call tomorrow. thanks!
