There can be no beating about the bush anymore, myself and other clued up individuals have warned about the damage that the massive ego of Dick Knight is doing to the club. And now it's all coming home to roost, after exhausting FBS's cash and I doubt he would have the front to sell next seasons Season Tickets in September he is coming out with the emotional blackmail ticket instead.
So if I donate £100 I get my name on a seat ? Big deal, how about for every so much raised a supporter is elected to the board ? Or a share issue that in the event of the Albion reaching Falmer and this financial nirvana everyone says it is then it can be repaid ? Of course this would never happen as it would dilute Dick Knights influence in the club. Of course in times of financial strife a business has to cut costs so unfortunate as it might be then a few redundancies among the overstaffed back room and commercial side might help as well but of course these are Knights relatives and cronies.
Dick Knight is no longer fit to run this club and right now he should be contacting every businessman and potential major investor in the county begging them to come on board and if it means he has to go then so be it.
The only defence people have had of this tinpot dictator is that the clubs financial position is safe with him in charge well it's quite obvious that it is not and now it's time for him go and go quickly before the damage becomes too great.
Of course this post will receive the usual criticism from the 'sun shines out of Knights arse' mob but before you post answer this , are you a season ticket holder or do you attend every home game possible if not ? Because if you don't you are one of the poeple responsible for the clubs financial position.

I nearly agree with Ernest on something!

I am not a season ticket holder and do not attend all the home games that I can. I hate WIthdean and have never had a season ticket there (used to have one in the North Stand). I go occasionally and spend what little money I can afford to spend on football on away trips.

So I have contributed to the financial situation at the club. Now I have checked my conscience I have to see if I can spare the money. £100 is 2 away trips, a small price to secure the club's future.

Looks like I will be a contributor after all.

I used to have a season ticket from 1982-1995 but due to having kids and a mortgage and other finantial burdans i cant anymore but I AM STILL A MASSIVE FAN.I go when i can now.so all this 'Only the ones that go to every game' can have a say shit is a load of bollocks.I do agree with Ernest to an extent.I think Knight has got a bit of a cheek to keep asking the fans for money.Getting back to the kit thing,Why wasnt the new shirt out for the play off final?.we were in a position all season where we might have got to Cardiff and were due a change of shirt so why didn't someone who is paid to sort things like this out get it sorted?.how much could this have raised?.

Exactly Zefarelly, maximise the sales, isn't that what the three sales and marketing guys are supposed to do.

When I was an advertiser I had to chase them to organise a hoarding and take money off me. It should have been the other way round if they were doing their jobs properly.

The list of missed opportunities to maximise the sale is unacceptable given the clubs financial status.
