Just watched it. He's a good guy isn't he? Brighton through and through? For all this clubs failings and the restraints on him he's still got enthusiasm and still gives a shit. Travelled with him down to plymouth away and back and he was so realistic and honest about our situation. I think we're in safe hands and things will get better. He gets my vote of confidence..
