Right here, right now
iPlayer is good although you can only watch stuff on a WiFi connection.
GarageBand is awesome if you are into music making
Angry Birds HD - obviously!

Flipboard - won best iPad app of the year. It produces a social magazine from your FB and Twitter friends and packages it into a stunning magazine.

i like the fact you have brought an appliance without actually knowing what you intend to do with it.

skymobiletv is great ont he ipad, its a fiver a month to watch skysports on your ipad and the quality is excellent. Prevents arguments in our house as the missus watches what she wants on TV and I have the footy on my ipad whilst still being sociable and sitting with her.

GarageBand is my fav at the moment, bloody brilliant for £3

the new SkyNews app is very impressive

iPlayer is excellent

For work stuff Pages Keynote and Numbers serve their purpose very well.

My most used app is called ghostwriter which I use to take notes in meetings etc as I can write on the screen as if it is a notepad.

and not forgetting words with friends HD

Some good ones above including Flipboard and iPlayer. Others...

TVguide is the best, errrrm, TV guide you're likely to have.

Rightmove has been well designed and is probably the nicest way to look at houses if/when you need to move.

Not an app as such but TVCatchup - Never Miss A Show Again works well to watch live TV on your iPad.

(You do know that iPad 2 is out at 5pm tomorrow, right?)
