Here it is. Let's see how we on NSC are really divided on this. This is just a straightforward poll, I don't expect many comments on here as everything seems to have been said on other threads.

We obviously need the money and we'll be ok without him, so I'm probably just about in the good news camp.

This IS a difficult one. The extra money could pay for a decent player on loan or go towards improving the offers we make to players coming to the end of their contracts who we want to keep (Cullip etc). At the same time he was the best crosser and dead-ball specialist we've had here in a long time. I've voted good decision solely on the reason that the club has to survive financially or we won't even have a team to support. He may even get injured yet, which would then make it a very good decision.

Good deal by the board 250K profit. The club will survive without Currie although it would have been nice if Ipswich could have let him stay until May.

Hope the albion have installed in the contract that he cannot play against us on May 8th.

Can see it now, we need something out of the game and are denied by a Currie free-kick

Don't think you can do that when it's a transfer, only loan signings.

At Ipswich my mate the warrior shouted out your too slow Currie get off, the fella in front turned round and said thats my son, the warrior said he may be your son but he is slow.

2 weeks later he is on his way and it is the warriors fault.

Next away game I attend with the warrior I hope he is standing behind dan hardings dad.

I'm a bit pissed off about it - thought he was a quality player, a bit slow but still thought he was well quality for us. I know the club is skint but this is getting f***ing ridiculous.
AND on my Xmas list I put down Currie 11 to have printed on my Palookaville shirt, knowing my mum she'll probably still get it done. FFS. This is the thrid time this has happened now - Zamora, Brooker and now Currie.

A bit slow, but could pass the ball anywhere on the pitch, without launching it into Row Z.
Now WTF ??

64% say yes. There's no point trying to keep a player who wants to leave anyway.

In our current financial situation it was too good an offer to turn down.I will miss his skills, though.

Seems like a good bit of business to me. A player we all thought couldn't hack it in The Championship only four months ago being sold for quarter of a mill clear profit. Can't be bad!

A team consists of more than one player.

We will get over this it is no big deal.

We have 25 games left this season, was he worth £10.000 a game?

Disaster... he was our main provider... may not result in relegation but certainly doesn't help...
