Crown and Anchor - No more SKY

Went to Crown and Anchor for pre match beer and watch the lunchtime game as I often do

Suprised to get a good seat - then found out they no longer have the Sports Package - I know its expensive but thought they would have waited till end of season

Went to Brewery Tap - very busy and difficult to see screen through the crowds

Are there any other pubs in area to watch the footie but be within 10 - 15minute fast yomp to ground in time for kick off

More importantly and guess its been covered on here before - Will they show lunchtime sky live footie in the concourse bars at Falmex

Gutted Crown and Anchor have scrapped Sky....Long Man in patcham has Sky and is walkable from the ground

Tell me about it. Could hardly get in the door, let alone get to the bar. Had to resort to going to the C&A to get a pint

I am normally a regular pre match in the crown and anchor but wi probably resort to drinking in the station hotel now of there is a decent lunch time kickoff on sky.
