Rang up yesterday to purchase tickets for Swindon, and after, i realised that the only way I could pick them up would be to get them this morning before work, and roll up late.
So i took my chances and turned up to the shop at about 9.10 to try and grab a word with one of the staff as they turned up, to see if I could avoid having to stay later than normal on a friday! Anyway, a couple turned up and they said they were nothing to do with the ticket office, but then a few minutes later one bloke came out and said he'd get me my tickets. Any other shop where you've ordered something, this would NEVER happen, even if you'd already paid for it. And i know i was a bit cheeky even trying to get them before it opened, but they were class about it
