Cos you can get the overland (from platform 1) to West Brompton and change to the tube. One stop to Fulham Broadway.

Obviously depends on timings, but it may be the better route.

Southern (when they can be bothered) also run that way up to Milton Keynes via Watford Junction.

So it's perfectly possible Brighton and Palace fans could be on the same train.
