i dont know - dont really like giving to family members as you're not sure how they will recieve it

when i recieve, i always pretend to be happy though, just to make sure the giver gets that satisfaction and joy from it as well

I've voted giver but I'm not exactly adverse to recieving either. I'm not really one to get too much pleasure from material possessions so recieving presents doesn't really bring the same satisfaction as seeing someone open a present that you know they are going to LOVE.
