As we all know NSC can be a valuable source of information. I was hoping the good people of NSC may be able to help.

Myself, 2 other adults, a 7 yr old, a 3yr old and a 1 yr old have decided we would like to go away for a snowy christmas.

Basically are remit is that we are looking for a cottage type accomadation that is located in an area that is pretty much guaranteed to be snowy.

I have searched online and have come up so far with a couple of options in Slovenia (lake bohinj) and a few more in the alps region of France.

Not looking for it to be too expensive, cottage costing £400 - £700 for the week.

Do any of you lot have any expereince/suggestions that could help my search?

Many thanks

Anyone been to Innsbruck in Austria for christmas. Any views would be much appreciated.

You might want to include the Pyrenees, in your search.
Bagneres De Luchon being as good a place as any, too start.
