That was the worst thing I've seen on a football pitch since Hilsborough. I hope to whatever higher power there may be that he pulls through. Awful, awful, awful to watch.

I am holding on to the hope that Muamba pulled through and he should have the best medical care possible with all the medics and doctors that would be there.
I can’t believe the tv coverage carried on showing the resuscitation and Eriksen’s devastated wife. They should have cut away immediately as it was obvious what was happening.

Then showing his distressed wife pitchside. Petty f’d up showing any of that.
I was there for that and it was horrific, he was saved by a specialist in the ground and it didnt look this bad.
To be fair - if you are going to suffer this then apart from it happening in a hospital then the next best thing is at a major sporting event. Expert medical care being available immediately.

Re the broadcast, I don’t think the BBC have any control over whoever is in control of the live pictures, they just pay to be able to use it, like every other country.
They could have gone back to the studio quicker and cut the feed altogether though.

Really? Where did you see this? It's absolutely incredibly fantastic if true.
I’m trying to stay optimistic. He had the best attention and the latest equipment treating him within minutes. Normally casualties are waiting 20 minutes for that sort of intervention. If there is still a rhythm he has the best possible chance of a positive outcome

Positive thing at least is that Rigshospitalet is only a couple of hundred meters away from the stadium.
