Chris Wood scored a hat-trick today for New Zealand all in the first 30 minutes, against the tricky Solomon Islanders from the South Seas - substituted after 64 minutes

Actually quite interesting - the two teams played a World Cup qualifier four days ago and the result was 1-1 - Wood also scored that goal. Today's game was the 3rd/4th place match for the Oceania Championships - their equivalent of Euro. New Zealand won it in the last minute 4-3. Tahiti won the Championship - the first time anyone other than the Aussies or NZ have won the Oceania Championships.
