catching up with the NFL

now im a bit of a new comer to american football but i do love the sport and watched a far few games last year but i would like to know if there is any tv programs on in the uk to keep me up to date with the NFL. also any web sites for newcomers to the sport .

The NFLUK.com website is quite good, in that they tend to tailor their reports to an appropriate level. generally though, watch out for the first programmes of teh season on Sky or terrestrial, as they will normally open up the season with at least a feature for people who are "new to the NFL."
