Done.
I did plenty of sponsored walks when I was a young un, always asking family and neighbours if they could sponsor me. Not sure I ever walked 22 miles though, great effort.
Nice to now help a good cause.

Hopefully thread can be bounced for a day or two yet :bounce:

When you say bounced, do you mean being placed near the top of the active threads by people needlessly posting on it, without having any new information to impart?

Thanks so much to everyone for their amazing support today.

Ben made it back to Worthing Pier just before 5pm having covered 23.59 miles and just over 50,000 steps.

He was limping at the end, but determined to finish, Unsurprisingly, removal of shoes and socks revealed a monster blister.

His reward of choice was KFC, which was demolished with much gusto.

Thanks again everyone - it means a lot.

There is new info to depart..... Bozza Jnr has walked nearly 24 miles and has raised loads of cash! ;)
Still time for peeps to add in a quid or 2 to round it up to £700!
Well done Ben. :)
