It is a shame that Cadbury's will no longer be British owned, however this is a risk of puting a company in the hands of shareholders - it can be bought out by anyone (see Manchester United).

I was more upset by the sale of the Body Shop, but that was because I was a small share-holder.

Damn right... the only good cocoa-based thing to have come of of America is Reeses cups.

there is the risk, in the drive for efficency, that the production and R&D might be taken abroad. im not sure thats very likly with Cadbury's since they are No1 in a massive market.
