Bournemouth ticket - cannot purchase

Hi,

According to the pdf on the club website the Bournemouth ticket loyalty points should have dropped to 1100 at 5pm today (saturday). I went online to buy mine but it says I need 1110 points (which isn't mentioned on the pdf at all). Has something gone wrong? I would like to buy my ticket before you sell out!

I would advise calling the ticket office to check situation with this. Site is all working correctly.
