Hello Insider,

Yet again the system is failing those at the end of the queue for away tickets.

In the past you have kindly given the system a prod, and us an apology.

I guess you are as irritated as much as we are dismayed by these repeating glitches.

It might help us to have an explanation of the failures, and an identification of where in the chain the failure occurs, and who we should contact to avoid burdening you with our grumbles.
