It might seem a bit obvious but there's an argument that Crystal Palace could be included by virtue of their absolute clown of a chairman and his delusions of grandeur.

Any time someone expresses an interest in one of their players or manager he pipes up like he actually has some sort of authority and kicks up a right Royal fuss.
