"Did You No Wrong" and "Satellite" are possibly the best b-sides in the history of music.

That said, I'd probably go for "New York" as my favourite Pistols track.

Hard to choose between anything on "Never Mind The Bollocks" but probably "Holiday In The Sun" if only for that lovely little squeal of feedback right at the beginning of the second line. Was it guitar or was it Lydon's mic? Who cares-it's just brilliant!

Anarchy in the UK....
on Boxing Day vs Colchester (4-4) at Gillingham -
when the police tried to ban me for playing it!
Copper: 'It's on the list!'
'What list?'
'The list of banned records!'
'I don't know about any such list - anyway why should 'Anarchy' be banned?
'It's OBVIOUS, isn't it?'
'No..not to me...'
'Because it will incite violence in the crowd!'

So I told him that I've been into punk rock since '76, bought 'Anarchy' on EMI in the black sleeve the day it came out, have heard it hundreds of times and never once have either violent myself or seen others being violent as a result. I've also been to all 92 League grounds and every time I heard 'In The Air Tonight' by Phil Collins I've felt like a potential axe murderer...

He didn't understand.
