Just nipped to Oxfam for a book to keep me entertained on the long trip to the frozen (or nearly-frozen) North West tomorrow and picked up a book called "Home Truths". I just dipped in to the book and opened it near a page featuring a pier and a seagull to find this less-than-flattering description of Brighton and found plenty more as bad.
