Suddenly found that I couldn't access NSC this afternoon. Site started telling me the request header / cookie was too large and refusing to load the site (really should have screenshotted it).
Anyway: self resolved it by clearing my NSC cookies. Had to login again, but all working fine now.
However, for @Bozza attention: I noticed when I went to clear the cookies that NSC had 118 cookies associated with it, by far and away the most of any site in my cookies list (and way more than, say, Facebook with just 8). That doesn't feel right - I'm assuming an awful lot of those are ad-served tracking cookies.
