West is BEST
They Might Be Giants. Read somewhere they now mainly do children's albums.
Cud
Giant Sand. God they are/were good
A House. One really good album then nowt.
Bomb The Bass.
Terrorvision. Had one successful album, one shit single (tequila), buddied up with Chris Evans in the TFI era then disappeared.
London Grammar. Absolutely love this band but they seem to have evaporated.
Plan B. I liked the Strickland Banks album a few years back. Where did he go?

Cud played at David Gedges "Edge of the Sea" mini fest in 2012 and were pretty damned good.

This has, bizarrely, reminded me of Nitzer Eb who seemingly always used to support Depeche Mode.
Was their Promoter Dan Silver at VAT (Value Added Talent) - Dan was the Promoter of Depeche Mode up until they initially split when Dave Gahan had his mental years

Giant Sand - I saw Howe Gelb at The Dome about 10 years ago touring 'Sno Angel like You with a gospel choir. Great show, although surprised the audience missed his cheeky Lou Reed riff on Walk on the Wild Side. Something of a one-off album, yet still a favourite.

Apologies, I meant to post this on the thread referencing Giant Sand
